- Solid Organ Transplant and Bone Marrow Transplant Patients
- Cancer patients undergoing active treatment
- Cystic fibrosis
- Sickle Cell Disease
- Adults with Down Syndrome
- Vulnerable
- COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
- Chronic Kidney Disease
- Chronic Liver Disease
- Chronic Heart Disease, such as severe heart failure
- BMI > 40
- HIV/AIDS
- Chronic Neurological Conditions, such as Multiple Sclerosis, Cerebral Palsy
