Dr. Jeffrey Crooms, M.D. is Board Certified in General Surgery and earned his medical degree from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. Dr. Crooms has served as a private practice general surgeon, staff surgeon, Director of Trauma, and Chief of Staff at Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare and Clinical Associate Professor of Surgery at Florida State University. Dr. Crooms military experience includes Lieutenant Commander, Medical Officer, and General Surgeon. Dr. Crooms will provide general surgery and endoscopy services at Madison County Memorial Hospital.
