As a Registered Nurse (RN) and Nurse Manager for Madison County Memorial Hospital Ms. Hughes plays a key role in working directly with Risk Management to support the safety of employees and patients by developing and managing effective infection control practices.  With over eleven years experience in clinical services she has a broad range of skills from patient care, to infection control, and in research and development.  Ms. Hughes manages the medical floor.
