Meet the Doctor
Dr. Julia Weeks brings with her over three decades of medical experience in Family Medicine. Born in Birmingham, AL, she spent much of her early years in the Congo, where her parents were missionaries. Following the completion of her medical degree from the University of Alabama School of Medicine at Birmingham, she embarked on a remarkable ten-year journey serving as a missionary physician and medical director in the Congo.
Throughout her career, Dr. Weeks has garnered extensive experience in various medical settings, contributing her expertise to a wide range of organizations. Now, she joins the MCMH team, dedicated to providing excellent care to the community.

Meet the Team
Ms. Fico’s nursing career includes numerous professional affiliations and recognition. She served as a registered nurse supervisor for a skilled nursing facility, charge nurse and staff nurse for MCMH, instructor for the PCT and LPN program and Director of Allied Health Programs at the local college and worked as a Nurse Practitioner for MCMH Rural Health Clinic.
From 2017 to present she worked for the local Health Department and as a volunteer for Shepherds Hands Free Clinic.

For information about MCMH primary care services or to schedule an appointment, please contact us at 850-253-1981 and follow the prompts. Upon arrival for your appointment, please use the parking lot located in front of the hospital. Proceed to the main lobby where our staff will assist you with the check-in process.
