Mandy Rand joined the hospital on May 28, 2021 as the hospital’s IT Manager.  Mandy will also serve as the HIPAA Privacy and Security Officer.  Ms. Rand has an associates degree in computer technology and has twenty-one years IT experience.  Mandy’s experience includes serving as the IT Manager for a large hospital system with multiple clinics and two Critical Access Hospitals for six years.
